The wood crusher is composed of three parts: the main body, the middle body, and the lower body. The middle body is equipped with a triple stator ring, a crushing disc, and a fineness analyzer. The host adopts an alloy blade. It has high wear resistance, which also increases production. It has the functions of coarse crushing, fine crushing, and centrifugal crushing. The crusher rotor is driven by a motor to operate at high speed, generating high-speed airflow to produce high-intensity impact, compression, and cutting forces on the crushed materials, and achieving unique crushing functions.
1. It consists of three main parts: the body, the middle body, and the lower body.
2. The crushing knife consists of a Type 7 knife, a Type 1 knife, and a centrifugal knife.
3. Payment by machine; Composed of fan, powder collector, and dust collector.
4. The main crushing room adopts 7-type knife, type 1 knife, and centrifugal knife, with coarse crushing, fine crushing, and centrifugal repeated crushing. The crusher rotor is driven by a motor to run at high speed, generating high-speed airflow to produce high-intensity impact force, compression force, cutting force, and friction force on the crushed material, achieving unique crushing function.
5. In the process of cutting and crushing with three types of blades, the rotor generates a high-speed airflow that rotates in the direction of the blades. The material accelerates in the airflow and repeatedly impacts, cuts, and rubs. At the same time, it is subjected to three types of crushing effects. The crushed material enters the analyzer with the airflow for analysis. Due to the centrifugal force of the analyzer rotor and the centripetal force of the airflow, when the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, fine particles enter the powder collector with the airflow for collection, and coarse particles enter the centrifugal chamber for further crushing until the desired fineness is achieved.
