Working Principle
The jaw crusher's crushing method uses a belt and pulley driven by a kinetic extrusion motor. The movable jaw moves up and down via an eccentric shaft. As the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, pushing the movable jaw plate toward the fixed jaw plate. The material is subjected to multiple positive crushing forces, including compression, kneading, and vibration isolation. As the movable jaw descends, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw plate, driven by the pull rod and spring, moves away from the fixed jaw plate. The crushed material is then discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. As the motor rotates continuously, the crusher drives the jaw body to perform periodic crushing and discharge, enabling later batch production.
