The ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device driven by a large gear and has two chambers and a grille. Materials enter the first chamber through the feed port. There are grade lining plates, corrugated lining plates and various steel balls in the first chamber. The rotation of the shell generates an eccentric force, which brings the steel ball to a certain height, and then the steel ball falls due to gravity, impacting and grinding the material. After the material is initially ground in the first chamber, it enters the second chamber through the isolation screen. There are flat lining plates and steel balls in the second chamber. The material after secondary grinding is discharged through the discharge screen.
