The application of sawdust pulverizers is very extensive, mainly including the wood processing industry, biomass energy field, edible mushroom cultivation, landscaping and other fields.
The working principle of the sawdust crusher is mainly based on strong crushing tools and rotation, using blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact, and integrating collision dual crushing functions to complete the micro material separation processing technology.
1. Cutting and crushing: Wood is cut into smaller pieces by high-speed rotating blades.

4. Dust removal and collection: Sawdust is drawn into the dust removal bag by a fan and flows out of the bag, completing the final step of the crushing process.
